- Collector Trucks – Trucks collect the gathered nets and ropes from the harbour collection points. The verified materials are delivered to official circuvation collection facilities for further processing.
- Sorting & Cutting – At these facilities, the materials are sorted by type and cut into smaller, manageable pieces.
- Washing – The sorted materials are cleaned and washed thoroughly to remove any contaminants.
- Extrusion to PP Granula – In the recycling factory, the cleaned material is melted and extruded into recycled polypropylene (rPP) granules.
- Shipping – Finally, the recycled PP granules are shipped to customers or manufacturing partners for reuse in new products.
